Parade Participants please check in between 8:30-9:30 am at the Water Dept Bldg on corner of A Street and Main Street.

8am - Staging
8:30 AM Participant Check-in
9:30 AM - Flags and Wheels staging
10AM - Parade Begins
Flags & Wheels Sign Up
Theme: TBD (only American flags will be permitted)
Enter your bike, wagon, stroller… ie wheels (no motorized vehicles)!
Entries allowed through day of.

Kids may enter with bikes, strollers, wagons etc (no motorized vehicles). Kids ages 8 and under must have a guardian present with them walking through the parade route.
Flags & Wheels will be the second group down (following the Moscow Police Department) in order to allow them to exit the parade route and watch the parade.
